Halloween is approaching quickly and what better way to keep your kids (or yourself) entertained if not with some creative craft sessions for this holiday?
We held two kids craft workshops this week at Rivers Meet where we made some fun and gruesome Halloween decorations. Scroll down for a peek at what we did and get inspired!

Toilet Roll Bats
Never knew what to do about the toilet rolls? Well, here's a fun idea: use them to make Halloween bats! It will only take 5 minutes to cut out some black paper wings, shape the ears, glue some googly eyes, and draw the fangs. Halloween doesn't have to be complicated at all!

Pinecone Bats
More bats from our kids workshops! After all they are emblematic for Halloween! This super easy craft can be done in less than 5 minutes. You only need some pinecones, googly eyes, cut-out wings and some thread so you can hang them.

Spooktacular Halloween Jars
We love these jars because they look great with some candles lit inside them. They are sure to make a fantastic impression on your guests or trick-and-treaters. For these spooktacular jars, you'll need: PVA glue, tissue paper, black ribbon and any accessories you want (we used a spider).
What to do: coat the jar in PVA glue and attach the tissue paper all around it (imperfection is key), tie a black ribbon around the jar and decorate with your accessories. Don't forget to drop a candle inside for maximum effect or use autumnal flowers to decorate.

Halloween Windmill
Say 'Trick-or-Treat' and the windmill is done; it's that easy to make one! You'll need: black paper cut into a square, Halloween stickers, PVA glue, a pair of scissors and a long pin.
What to do: draw one horizontal and one vertical line in the middle of square and cut alongside the line towards the centre of the square (stop 1 inch away from the middle); stick as many Halloween decorations as you want on the paper and then every second corner; secure the four corners with a pin and put the pin through a pencil to secure the windmill.

There you go! Four fun but eerie decorations that will make your Halloween spooktacular! And don't forget to check our events page for future workshops and classes.
Happy Halloween!

Maybe someone will find my advice useful. I was once advised to explore new health trends not through hearsay, but through reliable sources. https://ways2well.com/health/beyond-stem-cells turned out to be just that—everything is explained clearly and without unnecessary fluff. Advice: don't take everything as a step-by-step guide; it's better to delve into it gradually and see what works best for you. When information is presented clearly, it's easier to understand and draw the right conclusions.
I recently explored the services of OmiSoft, and I must say they left a strong impression. As an Omnisoft web development company, they combine deep technical expertise with a clear understanding of modern business needs. Their work in AI and Web3 development feels both innovative and practical, which is rare. Communication with the team was smooth, and they were always ready to explain complex ideas in a simple way. What I appreciated most is their attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results on time. If you’re looking for a forward-thinking tech partner, OmiSoft is definitely worth considering.

Great ideas for kids' Halloween crafts! While children are busy being creative, it's important to remember about home safety and privacy, especially if you share photos or videos online.
